Later, I started a company from a corner of my basement, with a toddler at my feet. I grew my concept to a 7-figure franchise system operating in 3 cities.

After pandemic lockdowns closed my company, I went back to school to earn my MBA with Distinction from the prestigious Durham University in the UK. My focus was on consulting and project management. My education also includes Art & Science of Coaching courses at Erickson International.

A hagstone is created by patience and perseverance. They are formed on seashores, by the action of small stones moving against larger ones. With repetition, over time, this wears a hole through a stone – a hagstone.
My hagstone was found on the Kent shoreline in the UK on a New Years Day walk, under a rainbow. I see hagstones as proof of the power of consistent action. Just imagine.
