I built a 7-figure, multi-city franchise system from scratch. So as an entrepreneur coach, I provide the benefit of 20 years experience with recruitment, training, performance management, operations, marketing, and branding. After pandemic lockdowns closed my company, I went back to school to earn my MBA with Distinction from Durham University in the UK. My focus was on consulting and project management. My education also includes Art & Science of Coaching courses at Erickson International.
When the action of small stones wear a hole through a larger one, a Hagstones is created. These found by the sea, or on riverbanks. I found my hagstone on a New Years Day walk in Dungeness, Kent, under a rainbow. I see hagstone as proof of the power of consistent action. If a small pebble is capable of boring a hole through a stone, just think of the impact small changes in your business can create.
